Blended Coaching is a mix of both one-to-one and group coaching.
This approach is used where groups of individuals or in-tact teams, are engaging in a coaching process. It allows for greater numbers to have access to a coach and is very effective at junior, middle and executive management level.
Benefits of Blended Coaching:
- Blended coaching becomes an affordable solution for an organisation as a larger number of staff can experience the process at any one time.
- Coaching skills begin to be developed within the group as individuals coach each other and observe an experienced coach. A support network is thus created.
- The mix of one-to-one and group coaching enables an organisation to maximize the benefits of one-to-one coaching whilst addressing learning and change on a broader scale.
